I went to Chicago for the weekend. I got back Monday morning.
I really didn't take fabulous pictures. Sorry people.
Not that my fan base is large enough that my lack of postings would actually make some kind of ripple in your everyday DA life.
I did just come to realization that college starts in two weeks. Which is freakin' awful. Mostly because I have nothing done.
But on top of the sudden surprise date, I also found out that federal aid didn't cover my tuition. I came out $100 short. Which is incredibly dumb considering the fact that my EFC (expected family contribution) was only $100. So I suspect they think I'm going to pull the books out of my jolly ass???
It's ridiculous. Plus I'm moving out in a few months, which will most definitely put a damper on my money situation. That and the fact that I wont have a job until Katie's dad opens his coffee shop in his bookstore. :/
Hopefully that day comes soon because I am not leaving the security of an already paid for home without a job to support myself.

I've posted my hamsters on Craigslist. Hopefully someone wants them. I'm trying to sell them for $10 each. Which is a bargain if you consider the fact that you can't find them in any pet store for under $20. But I still have to wait another month or so before I can give away the mama or her babies.
Which blows because I can't sell the cage until I get rid of all of my hamsters. That cage is about $50... so I'm thinking... $30, $35? To much? I don't know!!!!!! I just don't want to give it away for free because I've put a lot of money into these fuckers!!!!

AND my hamsters had more babies. :( I'm kinda pissed about that one... hopefully I can sell them!!!

Print Requests and picture thieves!
I've had my first print request. I don't know how to take it because I'm completely unsure of how the system works on deviant art. I'm a rookie of such.
I'm flattered by the request but I question it's legitimacy because it's one of my older and less impressive images. :/
I'm beginning to think it's a farce. However much I'd like it to be true, I'd like it to be true to one of my more accomplished pieces.

I suppose I'll take the compliment and leave it at that, as I'm in no position to allow for print sales due to my lack of income and the very apparent fine I will be charged for using deviant's services.

Yup, yup. I'm broadening my horizons on the art front people!
Since my mother has decided to start manufacturing her own line of purses (I'll have the link and some photo's up soon!) she's given me the opportunity to sell, on her site, any product of my choice.
At first I contemplated my plushies and what not. Then I considered making shirts like the one I made for my friend Kyle (Distance to Empty).
However both of those take to long to make enough to have to sell. So I've turned my focus to greeting cards. Simple and fun. I've already drawn up a few ideas, now all i have to do is venture out to just about the best store EVER, hobby Lobby
